Sprained neck, aching arms & shoulders & back & legs -- seems like there isn't a better way to celebrate Labours' day eh.
Sat on the empty 153 with Rabiah for 2 stops before I alighted at Kovan MRT and trained to RafflesPlace to get my spectacles done -- I don't like it that much now but at least its not noticeable at all. Indecisive me took hours to decide on a pair, sigh.
Sigh, econs and maths tests = ):
Swine flu's kinda scary & I like to call it pork flu! Geetha & I were secretly hoping we'd get 37.6 on the ODT so we could skip the econs lecture test, tough luck )= 19 students who didn't bring theirs had to travel to the nearest mall to get themselves ODTs before 10 and I was like ohshit I shouldn't have brought mine D:
So we did our 5 Napfa items yesterday, I must say I'm pretty satisfied, especially sit and reach, because I miraculously got a B instead of the normal D (I only got a B last year cause I got many tries)! & I wasn't the only one! Ris managed to do her S&R plus SBJ, dina too! :D :D
Standing broad jump was 203 cm, I should be lucky nobody walked past me by the front cause my facial expressions then was quite hilarious, I heard -.- Literally ROFL-ed when they gave this constipated look.
Shuttle run was, fortunately, fine for that ONE AND ONLY try I got, cause I accidentally threw the bean bag on the floor during the first try and the teacher didn't let me do it again.
Situps and inclined as per normal! I JUST REALISED ALOT OF THE NAPFA ITEMS START WITH THE LETTER 'S'! O:
Some pictures are still in my camera. Bet there'll be more tomorrow :D (DINNER WITH THE GIRLS YOOOO!)
Some tagreplies :
20
riane: HI! HOW'S THE WONDERFUL TREE COMING ALONG?
{I've taken a picture of it, shall show you next time (WE CAN DANCE AROUND THE BUSHES AND TRESS AND SING!!}
24
ray: yeah i dont feel like running anymore too. ):
{was horrible D:}
27
anna: YEAH!! I WATCHED E SHOW TWICE IT'S STILL SO AWESOME!
{YES SO AWESOME JEANBAPTISTEMAUNIER! (L) love the storyline ^_^}
29
kaiying: hahah i'll never love maths too!!!
{High five I think I just falied a lecture test D:}
ray: "just another day, started out like any other..." hahah was that from jesse McCartney!
{Nah it was from a photograph, and I miss listening to jesse hahaha! i've still got school on saturday :/

Just another day
Strangely, Somehow, someway, the talk managed to brighten up my day. Or maybe laughing too much at the teacher's wide grin and the name-calling made me forget all the bad things that happened. Who wants to bet that jacket is gonna be kept at home? :P
Just a few things I'd love to achieve this year:
1) Squeeze some time to play the piano every two days! (sacrifice com time)
2) Improve on my currently lousy sketching skills
3) Don't let people tell me I can't do it! (first of all I'll have to put in effort, of course!)
4) Try to love my subjects so I'd be willing to work hard (art & geog check. Econs...maybe soon. Maths...never. D:)
5) Sleep early! (getting there soon ;D)
6) Be my old self. Stop being insensitive & self-centered :/
that's all for now, those would be great enough =)
Felt better after CT period, Idk why. (Eunice Olsen's talk) & having a smile on your face really does change things.
Screw the afternoon and things I do not wish to talk about, its funny how the world's such a complicated place sometimes. I miss the past.
Guess I've learnt to not care so much about some things in life; some stuff just ain't worth your time.
Burning like a candle.

Did anybody watch Les Choristes on Okto?! (I know peixuan did!!) Watched it for the 4th or 5th time today, its still as great as ever. Wonderful music, beautiful voices, touching storyline, inspiring...
Inspired me to join choir back in sec 1. My mom and I caught it at cineleisure after psle in primary 6, I think. Saw a group of NYGHchoir girls singing the songs after the film and that left me rather amazed =)
La Nuit.
Voice of an angel, really! (Jean baptiste Maunier as Morhange, solo) after 1:46, but the front chorus is nice too haha.
His acting is great too, just observe his eyes and expressions after his teacher let him sing.
Caresse sur l'océan (live)
Jean Baptiste Maunier's solo starts at 1:06! AHH I LOVE HIM!!
(Don't ever forget Vois sur ton chemin! You can ask me for it.)
Spent some time listening to music & videos today, not forgetting PI of course.
Neil & Sabra dancing to Sweet dreams (are made of these) by Eurhythmics.
So you think you can dance season 3! Pretty old haha.
Travis & Heidi, contemporary, Calling you by Celine Dion
Gosh, I SO love this one. Yes I've posted this quite some time ago.
Chelsea & mark, bleeding love by Leona Lewis
MY FAVOURITE ONE, for the 1000th time!
Found some absolutely fantastic Choral pieces (a spectacular performance of Illay Gandangan plus other schools' competition performances of our Mundi Cantant Olomouc trip),
Illay Gandangan. starts after 1:oo.
Very tribal but that's what its supposed to be like anyway haha.
Don't think we have any recordings of AHSchoir doing Illay huh? I miss the choreo!
...some pop.
LFO - girl on tv.
A pretty old hit, 1999.
Im wishing on a falling star,
Wondering where you are...
Do I ever cross your mind
In the warm sunshine?
Flute solos and duets (and some tutorials, had a sudden itch to play it and realised its in school D:),
Emma playing Chaminade Concertino.
HAHA 7 year-old called Emma playing the flute.
Reminds me of the time during SOVA where Ms Kwa was telling us about a piece called "Emma" Chuck Close did for silkscreen. She kept referring to the name of the painting, lol. "Emma was made up of many layers" "Emma was completed over a period of time" "Emma...."
lol.
Classical pieces (there was a girl playing gnomenreigen by Liszt so I repeated it like a billion times). Also had a sudden urge to play it on the piano but I realised I'd be looking at the scores in frustration most of the time cause its THAT difficult. Even more so without anybody guiding me ):
Ugh speaking that, I don't think I'll ever get the chance to continue diploma. (wait, or even START on it in the first place) Maybe I'll spend the next year trying to play a third of the 30-page Rhapsody in blue or Grieg's Sonate ha-ha-ha.
Cziffra plays Gnomenreigen.
Okay, absolutely gay I conclude, esp. the front (I do know of somebody our age who's playing it though D:)
Oh, I also listened to many songs by Oasis (after the pink hairclip guy sang Champagne Supernova at Rockfest)! Wonderwall, Stand by me and D'ya know what I mean are all fantastic songs too (:
Oasis - Stand by me.
Champagne Supernova's two posts before this.
Completed PeaEye from 5-8:30pm I think, at least its done with 499 words. Not too glad with it though, shall think of ways to improve on it before he marks it.
Turned on the TV just to realise I've missed three quarters of the NewYork Philharmonic orchestra concert. If I get the chance one day, I'd want to try playing on the trumpet, french horn or oboe!
There was some experimental video which was far too complicated for my mom and I to comprehend, but was quite amused by how a couple made out in the autonomy room o_O
Watched LesChoristes, went to bathe halfway and continued watching it! =D
Now its maths time for half an hour before I catch some sleep. (if I can even understand it in the first place D:)

Analysing the heart
On a lonely saturday morning, I figured out that it should be for me =) Thanks darling ^_^
I've always been the one building walls between myself and others lately. Unintentionally, though.
I've no idea if I should feel bad for going with Amanda instead of my classmates, but I really enjoyed talking to her & reminiscing. AHS will always remain as the best school we've been to. Its quite amazing that we're able to talk so much even though we barely knew each other last year!
Don't think I feel bad afterall. Chatting in the canteen's better than perspiring at the gallery, anyway.
So I rejected kaiying's invitation to the TemasekJC party yesterday, only for the fact that I wanted some quiet time at home to play the piano and watch some tv. Sorry Anna & Kaiying ):

Oasis - Champagne Supernova
Heard this during ROCKFEST!
Nadiah, me, annisaa! ORION 2 MATES (L)
part of 1A07 who went for ROCKFEST! (21st april)
Playing high school never ends, I think.
Random: Afro hair guy taking photos
Mr Tan (our principal) singing! :D
Never felt so great for a long time,
Played the piano for around 3 to 4 hours & it cured my horrible headache (:
Went through my big stack of scores and never had time to perfect any piece, but whatever! I'm still glad.
amanda! :D
me, syairah, ashiqin! (and cetus mascot guy)
me with whale!
No idea what that face was for, would have made a more suitable expression by looking into the whale if there wasn't a person in it -.-
OH THAT'S THE CETUS MASCOT BTW! :D (we won!!)
SR Olympics was a failure for me today. My running pace was just DOWNRIGHT disappointing, guess I was totally out of energy. Totally SKIPPED breakfast cause I only woke up at 6 when I was supposed to reach school at 645. So my last meal was dinner the night before o_O
The taxi driver was really nice to give me a discount, didn't realise he gave me a 5 dollar note when I gave him 10.60. The fare was 8.60. His definition of "uncle give you discount!" is really alot haha! I guess I talked alot to him during the journey, haha.
Met up with Vivian at the gate, reported to band room and got changed into my sports shoes, I just played my part and rushed off to the competitor's stand (after I got changed), where the 200m girls' race was about to start. It was horrible, my legs didn't bring me anywhere and I could no longer push myself further. The only comforting fact was that I wasn't the last, I guess -.-
Straight after 200m race was 400m, and the other competitors were there by the time I reached the track. Sprinted 100 m and was panting like hell even before 400m started. Obviously ran really slowly and I couldn't even walk properly after that.
Sigh, what a failure. No matter though, its not a matter of life or death anyway, shall get over it. =D
Spent the rest of the day with amanda :D
The both of us miss AHS ALOTTTTTTTTT & would like to go back soon. We walked around the school cause the gallery was too hot and stuffy, but got caught by some teachers. Made the excuse of going to the toilet and it was true to the certain extent, cause I shampoo-ed my hairthere.
Went to Tampines 1 subway with her after that & went home.
(this is what you call pro, LOL)
RIANE'S TREAT ON SUNDAY :
Carl's Junior @ Tampines 1!
I got the mushroom one ^_^
Turkish version of kinder surprise!
her little gifts for us, cute eh? Mini kinder surprises with shapes in them ;P
Found this @ urban write in Tampines 1 :D
I've got more but I guess I'll sleep now ;D
Gdnight!

I totally killed somebody with words (only for awhile) today cause irritation level went overboard. Way overboard.
Actually, I'm really shocked cause i've NEVER went 'bang' at any of my friends before. It wasn't shouting though, not at all. Nothing's happened anyway, I think.
Rest of the day went on pretty smoothly!
Played with the main band for SR olympic march practice, after so many weeks (or has it been 2 months?) of practising on our own with the help of the fingering chart at first. And maybe that few times during band camp where I played the first part of overture heh.
Well yeah, prac ended at around 7 & I walked out of school with V and talked to N on the bus!
Am running for 200m and 400m for SR olympics but I don't feel like running anymore D: Like I have a choice now sigh.
Currypuffs and muffins in brown bags on an island,
=D
waking up at 4 tomorrow, shall sleep now tata!

I truly realised what they meant by "its difficult to catch up once you're lagging behind in jc" only yesterday. Ah, isn't a really good feeling since I'm feeling guilty for living the lifestyle similar to my sec school one. Oh the horror, I know.
More for econs and maths, I can't even find the time to catch up on all my work now (even if I want to, so badly) since I reach home at like, 8 (or 9) and I'd be too drained by then to do anything! :/ Econs and maths seriously spells gg for me now so I better find some magic powers to let me stay awake during lectures bleh.
Mhmm, but I'm off to study for geog and do my art now (THE BEST SUBJECTS ON EARTH) so.... procrastinate procrastinate
OH AND I ALMOST LOST MY PW DRAFT 2 (which is totally different from draft 1) AND I SWEAR I WAS GOING OHMYGODNOSHITHELPMEDON'TDOTHISTOME ALL THE WAY. yeah of course, almost.
My muscles also hurt from sit-ups. At least it makes me feel less guilty for eating so much :P
Lastly, I'm going for rock fest tonight!!!! :D Only for two main attractions though, and I'm not gonna tell you what :D
a few pictures:
:)
Raffles at his best :P Very cool, yo! (He looks like he's doing the thinker hand post from the back view!)
the bird looks kinda pregnant imo (birds can't be pregnant though)
the real thing was breathtaking!
you got caught on camera! Qy should be glad I didn't post her unglam ones up :D HAHA
Not the most glam shot you'll ever get, but :) Its Mr Toh & really admire his perserverance sometimes!
Tingwei & Xuanee! (L) ^_^
ElizaBIRD & Alvina! :D
The street performer I chatted with before watching the choir! (that's a dizi, btw) She had a few dizis of different pitches, too bad I couldn't try them :/ Really wanted to know (and try out) the difference between the dizi and the western flute (which I'm gonna play tomorrow, yay! :D)
that's the 6 dollar lime sorbet with an orange centre I got from an ulu shop (that's only supposed to do wholesale) I just peeped into the shop (more like a storeroom) and asked if I could buy icecream since there was a little poster on the door.
Having little chats with strangers are really nice, and I want to go backpack travelling someday!

(All syf videos have been uploaded on previous post!)
I laughed at these:
Today, I was having a dream that I was climbing out of a well. While almost out I felt someone grab my knee, I screamed loud in terror. When I opened my eyes, nearly 25 people were staring at me, and the lady across me apologized for hitting me with her bag. I was on the C-train. FML
&
Well, I have my own silly story today too.
Today, I ran towards LT2 so I could get the corner seat. (W claims its his and won't let me have it). When I reached there, I forgot the row our class was supposed to take, E or F? Heck, I sat on the corner seat of E anyway.
He said, "YOU DUMBASS WE'RE ON ROW F" when I gleamed at him. So I ran to Row F before he could, just to find him sitting happily on Row E's corner seat, laughing like a madass. I got tricked. FML
(k I admit I was being childish for the corner seat thing HAHA. Only that seat had the stable table)
Think I have a problem with word limits.. anyway, that (completely) sleepless night paid off (a few day after march hols, rmb) ! I did fine for that geography earthquake evaluation project & passed the geography test! (the one where I dozed off halfway)
The same can't be said for econs and maths though, they're really screwed. REALLY screwed. GP test today was...hmm. Just hmm. neutral, maybe.
PW & nap time,
enjoy the videos! :D

Today, I was in the supermarket and I see this little boy trying to reach for something on the top shelf. I proceed to go over to him and ask if his mom knows where he is. They boy turns around and turns out he was actually a very angry midget. FML

AHSChoir SYF 2009 - Ave Maria
Took me FOREVER to upload this video cause I accidentally set the video on best quality. This isn't uploaded on HD quality though. You guys look and sound great! :D I love the new choir uniform, seriously!
Miao jia! :D The last part's being cut off cause they caught me video-ing :/
(its bye bye to the set piece since syf isn't over yet oops :/)
Thanks lucienne for helping me take the videos! (there was somebody blocking me)
I also found this, the announcements of results. (number 25) Notice the pause between the G & wh. somebody in front of us went "shut up!", the screaming went on for 20 seconds.
Just one more video to prove how crazy anglicans can be, 2007.
Springtime Rhapsody (SR performing arts night) is finally over! There were some flaws in the ushering and I was kinda clueless at some point in time, but its still a great experience otherwise ;D
The designing process was fun no doubt, but its kinda sad that all the tickets are gonna end up in the dustbin or something. The school wanted to collect them to record the attendance, only one girl dared to ask if she could keep the ticket as a momentum, haha. Got myself the SMALLER green version since there were extras :P
Jade had to hold the hungry donation bin and beg for donations, which was much more tiring compared to my job, I must say.
Pretty much enjoyed all the performances, loved the sketches, dances & everything! Ah, the guzheng ensemble reminded me of my guzheng-playing times 8 years ago. Its still sitting in that coffin box in the storeroom, I wonder how much of it I can still play. 0_O SRJChorale has improved ALOT since the last time I heard it during orientation! :D
My lips are currently RED and swollen. Yes, STILL. I tried playing on Qianlin's Euphonium for an hour or so, and probably pressed my lips too hard against the mouthpiece since it was my first time. Thus my poor swollen lips which can't whistle anymore ): I got her to take a video of it and it resulted in alot of takes LOL. So mary had a little lamb ended up all funny & brassy (if you get what I mean)
Not like I had any other instrument to play with cause they needed my flute for the performance :/
Oh, Ms Kwa got us to repaint and edit the square tile collage thingums near the crossroads cafe. So the deadlines for the photos and the development board got postponed! :D Rushed like mad right before the lesson but at least I can hand in slightly better work on tuesday I think. Ugh, it was mad rushing during free period though.
THE SCHOOL'S HP LAPTOPS SUCK! (the dell ones were all taken up D: )
Priority is PW & econs & the landscape homework before ANYTHING ELSE for this weekend!
I've got the GP test from 7:45 to 9:00 tomorrow, and geography later on.
TATA .

AHS CHOIR....
GOLD.
(WITH HONOURS!)
The announcer (if that's what you call her) made our hearts skip a beat when she went Gold... with honours. The juniors burst into tears the moment they heard the second phrase, I sat there with a sigh of relief.
It feels so different to be listening to them instead of being the one on stage. I remember being so nervous back in 2007, and two years later I'm in the same concert hall, but as the audience and not the performer.
I couldn't feel much of their nervousness, I didn't feel my heart racing like it did, I wasn't clinching my fists (no I didn't do it deliberately then). I miss the feeling of being up there, blending with the rest of the sections and EVERYTHING we did in AHSChoir. That's why I went back to watch today.
As a senior, I can only know/hear about the hard work you guys have put in, but not fully understand it. Having experienced it myself two years ago, the term "fruits of our labour" sounds familiar but I think I've already forgotten how the entire painful process really was like.
You know what, I'm so proud of you guys. This GWH is yours and I'm certain you guys deserved it =D Maybe you'll understand what I mean a few years later, the award doesn't matter that much, its all about the music you guys make, and the bond we share.
I may not be one of the most encouraging seniors or the best singer around, but I can safely say I LOVE AHSCHOIR. Congrats, eh! :D
CONGRATULATIONS, may you all remain ecstatic for the next few weeks, and remember the moment FOREVER. AhChoir rulesss!!
Time spent alone after the choir's turn felt so meaningful, maybe I won't mind singlehood. (as long as there's kids for me to play with) :P Okay, maybe I do. I walked from VCH to Clark Quay and took some photos which I'm not satisfied with at all, so I don't know how I'm going to hand them in tomorrow.
Bought myself a sorbet along the way, chatted with a street performer and a shop owner. I do find myself odd sometimes, talking to complete strangers seems so easy for me, but its so difficult to communicate with people I know (but not well). See, its just weird. I'm a CHATTERBOX when it comes to people I know well and people I don't know AT ALL, its so...extreme.
But I guess that's just me, an extremist. hmm.
Sorry if I dampened anybody's mood, really didn't feel like talking. Its not bad mood or anything, today is labelled "quiet day". haha.
Photos & videos coming up!
(shall complete my homework and bathe before that)

I think I'm drowning
asphyxiated
I wanna break this spell
that you've created
("time is running out" by muse, heard it at evoke and I'm stuck with their version of it :D (not the original though) Hi ashley!)
Was watching a programme about Jellyfishes being aphrodisiacs, their adaptability to their surroundings and the mystery behind the sudden bloom of gargantuan jellies in recent years.
Its quite amazing, by the way. Organisms are really sensitive to their surroundings, thus a slight change can trigger off the blooming of the polluscs. Jelly fishes are creatures that had survived through the harshest climates, and never faced extinction even when other organisms did. Recently, pollution, global warming and the release of factory chemicals in the sea allowed the polluscs to bloom in the depths of the sea. To the horror of human beings, of course (they kill!!!)
I remember taking down the word "aphrodisiac" when I first watched it a year ago cause I forgot the meaning to the word. Yesterday, I typed this on google search engine and found this, haha:
"Top 10 Aphrodisiacs"
10) Rhino
9) Spanish Fly
8) Alcohol
7) Chocolate
6) Oysters
5) Yohimbe, Tribulus, Maca
4) Viagra
3) Psychoanalysis
2) Getting in shape
1) Respect
..I always thought they had to be living organisms. WHERE'RE JELLY FISHES??? Anyway, this list is pretty intersting, especially chocolate and psychoanalysis in my opinion.
"Chocolate has phenylethylamine and serotin, two chemicals that light up pleasure areas in the brain"
Know what, I only know chocolate is nice and addictive, that's all. I'm already craving for a cup of hot chocolate or something ):
"A life free of stress and high sense of security can be lethal aphrodisiacs"
"Lechery, sir, it provokes and unprovokes. It provokes the desire, but takes away the performance" Somebody put this under his comments, its from Macbeth. (and explains the alcohol part)
The publicity for friday's event is going fine, just that the tickets weren't really cut properly ): Ohwell, hopefully I'll get a copy for myself, green seems better than the original besides the spaces at the side haha.
Ah, that's all.
Camera, jacket, check. All ready to go in three hours' time! :D

A few photos from mimby on saturday night before I study for my econs test (which I'll DEFINITELY flunk) :
(I like my P5100!)
the devil's concoction. nah, its lovey dovey ribena over a candle.
dear ashley
dearest ashley
Shermaine & I! :D
this one's a random one taken yesterday.. I found the way the biscuit was being "lit up" very interesting. Note the sides, the holes and the words "meiji seika"!
(& meiji crackers = love!)
Painting module's getting really fun! Even though today's outdoor painting wasn't that much of a success, I really did enjoy myself! ;D
Art essays are made of plain crap, my description question seemed like part of an oral conversation, and the analysis question was full of junk ): Someone did the essays in the toilet, though, haha!
I ran 5km (with ms ng after the 2nd round) today & I think she's really nice! That explains my running pace today.
Kept Nadirah, Annisaa and Azizah entertained while they were in the library after school. More like wasting all of our time. haha.. (oh, nadirah sucks nadirah sucks nadirah sucks!!! since you can't see this anyway :P)
Will attempt to =) tomorrow! (though I've been saying this since forever, haha!)
There's an econs test tomorrow and I know nuts so....
tata! :D

you're gone and yet you're mine
alright, emo time's over, stress has taken over.
Just a few songs I've been listening to:
Andy Williams - Speak softly love
Audrey Hepburn - moon river.
Her voice and smile melts hearts. Especially when she said "Hi" to Paul/fred. I put that part on repeat for over 20 times when I last listened to this. (around 1:39)
Queen - don't stop me now
Although i normally listen to mcfly's version...Queen's the best woohoo!
Queen - crazy little thing called love
They played this during MIMBY yesterday! :D
Off to finish the painting & the SOVA essay.

If you think people who say what they feel are weird, this is not the place for you At least for today.
I've got a few people I need in my life, but do they even need me, at all?
As if living in an entirely different environment isn't enough, it seems as if everything around me has changed. The way people look at me, the way they label me as the "normal bunch". Oh, you think I'm turning into a NSK, don't you? Sorry yes, I'm jealous of all of you. You get the good results, you guys've found good friends, you get everything and where am I? Nowhere.
I've changed. I'm not the nice, forgiving person anymore. I'm beginning to dislike social interaction, smiling seems like a chore sometimes. I hate myself for being so selfish, I hate myself for being so indifferent. I'm no longer sensitive or considerate, I know all my flaws and I'm frustated with myself for repeating the damned cycle everyday.
In school, I worry about what people think. Shut up, I'm in a place where everybody doesn't know a bloody thing about me, they're not used to who I am, I know people who gossip too much for their own good. I don't know if people call me "stuck-up" when I hold on to my pride, I know of people who talk behind my backs when they think I try to hard. Hey, I'm just trying and its for my own satisfaction, close your eyes if you don't want to see. So I gave up trying. Now people think I don't care. In return I get labelled as "the one with potential but doesn't give a damn". I wonder which one's better, "the screwed up attention seeker" or the former? I know I wouldn't be deemed that way in another school but what can I do?
What's the use of trying when it'll all remain the same anyway? So what if I do well in my school, nobody gives a damn. At the end of the 2 years, they'll be waving their slip with nothing else but As, and somebody'll probably tell me "oh, good job" or somewhere along the lines of that. Or maybe worse. People don't care if my school improves, that's why the bottom will always remain at the bottom and the elite will forever be right at the top. I don't think people care about anybody but themselves. I'm guilty of being like that nowadays. I hate that.
I want to break out of this stupid cycle, but my distracted mind won't allow me to do so. Distracted with what, I don't know. Seriously, I don't know. Ugh, I think I've really screwed my life with that O'level cert (which I haven't collected, by the way). You may say "NO EMMA, JUST TURN OVER A NEW LEAF IN JC, YOU CAN DO JUST AS WELL". Yeah, sure. Not with me in this current state. Knowing your mistakes but not being able to correct them sucks.
False pretense. The world's strange, you know. People despise hypocrites when they're one themselves. Yeah, I've realised the insignificance of it all, stop smiling when you don't want to. That's when I've unconsciously turned into an unfriendly freak. You can't call me a fake. I dare say I'm not a fake anymore. When I'm smiling, I'm happy. When I'm frowning, I'm not happy.Easy Peasy.
Everything around me is spinning now, I have acquaintences, not friends. People seem to find new friends and keep their old ones, while I'm merely taking up space in class and losing my old friends. Losing doesn't mean completely losing touch its just that...its different now. They don't need me at all, they don't. I'm not a loner in my new school but you guys are the ones I can really relate to, so please don't forget about me. Sorry for being so petty these days.
That's part of what's on my mind right now, but it won't be like that forever. Judge me, but not for long. To those who've seen my negative side, I'm sorry. I'll try to change, bit by bit. Sorry for this sudden outburst, too.
You all need your friends and family, I do too.But lately, I'm beginning to feel otherwise
Everything's setting in. Yay, life.

Everything's setting in. Yay, life.
Are we going to the beach tomorrow?
Hopefully I'll be able to find some inspiration. Literal or figurative?
While scrolling down some pictures from the choir forum, I chanced upon the little yellow bird that made a nest out of limying's head during the choir camp. (Saremo Insieme, was it?)
...for some weird reason, it appeared in my dreams yesterday. It was kept in a shoebox in some teacher's pigeon hole, and was chirping away when somebody scooped it up with both hands. How random, huh? :/
Mimby was fine, just that our table (consisting of me, ky, ash, xinhui, shermain & charis) broke the record and ate 42 bucks worth of food O:
Singing was good, a certain game involving the imitation of embarrassing actions while guessing song titles was kinda entertaining, I even caught one of the most classic moments on the cam. Just that there was half a head blocking a portion of it ):
Oh, happy Easter people, sweet bunny dreams to
you, you, and you.

Currently: pissed off with myself for missing the last chance of watching the choir before syf.
One word: overslept.
Edited: yesterday's post
Just added: 1022 songs to my itunes library.I've finally finished downloading the "all time top 1000" album! :D (ITS A GOOD ONE!) The other 22 songs come from Elvis Costello's greatest hits! I've got 8923 songs now, maybe I should just delete some of the albums from my library :/
A song that will get your feet tapping:
The wonders - that thing you do! :D :D
Something you'll love:
Mcfly - The heart never lies. I like mcfly! :D
Other recommended mcfly hits include: Don't stop me now (cover), Five colours in her hair, Just my luck, obviously! =)
A tune that'll get stuck in your head:
Howie day - collide
Listen to: Windband version of LUX ARUMQUE!! (there's such a thing! O:)
And then: the choral version of Lux Arumque!!!
(memories, memories..)
Sung by a high school choir conducted by Eric Whitacre himself! Turn the volume up & close your eyes while listening :D RJChoral's version ain't bad either!
I'm reminded of that night where I got to wear the midnight blue choir gown!
I think: the choir version is nicer but that's probably because I've sung it before ;D They're both nice in their own ways anyway! Never knew there was a band version!
You must click on: the play button of this song!
this must be the 100th time I'm posting this song up here :P
SLEEP ^_^
And: Hymn to the Infinite sky, poem for windband.
Me likey!

Happy good friday to you :D
Went to watch the EVOKE competion finals with Kaiying, Ashley and Siyun at living sanctury (hougang) to support Annia! ^_^
{edit}
the emcees of the day.. (yeah we were at the side, didn't get really good view)
Yay to Annia and VJdance for clinching the 2nd place in the competition! I liked the couple dance part alot (and annia's bobbing hair part HAHA :P) & everything was just so synchronized even though they had like, 10 dancers in the group (Groo-V!)
The group "funky3" who got the award of overall champion was plain good. I mean, VERY good. was filled with energy, the moves were creative and the three of them really engaging. It was locking IF i'm not wrong. No srsly, it was REALLY good.
Now I'm envious of people who can dance ): Maybe I should learn a move or two, haha.
Another group who got 2nd runner-up was a band called pre-gig jitters and we like the band alot cause... 8D. The lead singer's vocals was amazingggg! =)
we got bored during the intermission and took a few photos.
siyun and me with a weird face!
(definitely not the most unglam one...)
... I've got no more photos to put up or i'll get killed.
(the black logistics person kept running in and out to fix the mike lol! he looks like he's escaping from the police here, haha.)
What was the group name again? They were from MGS/PLMGS.
Cows go moo when they poo with the song DOING THAT THING YOU DO!
(oh gosh I didn't take a picture of the pre-gig jitters!! D:)
There wasn't anything much at the party besides the second high bunch of dancers and some of annia's friends! Here are two group photos! (thankyou miss cameralady)
hmm I have a strange tendency to squash my face in group photos
(eh, this time its expanded HAHA)
WOOHOO :D
All of us 25-ed to hougang interchange for pastamania but didn't have time in the end cause we won't be able to catch the train by the time we finish eating D:
and so we all waved goodbye to annia and cabbed to Eunos (ashley & I on train towards pasirris).
Home sweet home :D
{/edit}
(ohyeah I can finally eat other stuff besides bread and porridge now, since its already 12:30am!!!)
